THE YOUNG FRIENDS OF ST. EDMOND'S newly formed Executive Committee met at the home of Liz and Paul Finley on Friday, February 13 to begin planning an event for the fall. The Women's Auxiliary of St. Edmond's is developing the Young Friends group for men and women in their 20's and 30's who want to get involved with supporting St. Edmond's Home for Children, in Rosemont, PA. The Young Friends will work with the Women's Auxiliary to raise awareness of the Home's needs and to initiate some fund-raising activities centered around the annual Cup Day event, which will be held this year on November 14, 2009 at the Philadelphia Country Club.
